We aim to prepare and dispatch every ThePawPress order as quickly as possible.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 3–10 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high demand.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
European Union: 5–12 business days
International: 7–15 business days

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, severe weather, strikes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at infoecom95@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
